Using a cooking pot:
1. Boil 1 1/2 cup (= 3.48 dL) water and 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) margarine or butter in a medium saucepan.
2. Mix the contents of the bag and cover with a lid. Remove the pan from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Microwave cooking:
1. Mix the bag contents with 1 1/2 cup (= 3.48 dL) hot water and 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) margarine or butter in a vessel suitable for microwave ovens. Cover with lid.
2. Cook on maximum power for 5-6 minutes or until warm throughout. Fluff with a fork.
Filling of turkey:
Depending on the required size of the turkey 1 package Up to 3.6 kg, 2 packages for 3.6 to 5.4 kg and 3 packets of 5.4 to 9 kg.
Cook according to package instructions. Fill the turkey lightly with stuffing. Fill the turkey just before cooking. Cook the turkey in the oven. When the thermometer (should be sitting in the middle of the filling) reaches 74 degrees Celsius, the filling is finished.
