What is a personal information?

Your rights under the GDPR

• Register extract. You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process personal data about you or not. If we do, you have the right to see what information we process about you through a register extract.
• Amendment. If a personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
• Withdraw consent. If we process your personal data with consent as a legal basis for the processing, you have the right to withdraw the consent with future effect at any time.
• Oppose you direct marketing . You have the right to oppose the processing of personal data for direct marketing. This is most easily done by unsubscribing from mailings by clicking on the unsubscribing link in the mailing or contacting us.
• Complain . If you believe that we are handling your personal information incorrectly, you can contact us (see below). You also have the right to submit a complaint directly to the supervisory authority, ie the Swedish Data Inspectorate / Integrity Protection Authority.
• Question legitimate interest. You have the right to oppose treatments that are based on a legitimate interest if there are reasons in your specific case that militate against the treatment. However, if you oppose the treatment but there are legitimate reasons that weigh more heavily, we may continue the treatment.
• Delete personal data. You have the right to request, and in certain circumstances have your personal data deleted. An exception is if we have a legal basis for preserving the data.
• Data porting . In some cases, you have the right to receive a copy in a structured format of the information you have provided about yourself, for transfer to another person responsible for personal data.
