Order confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as possible with information about your order.

Save the order confirmation to have on hand for any contacts with customer service. Always check the contents of the package and see that it matches your order confirmation.

Delivery

Normally you have your package within 1-5 working days. For larger campaigns, it may take a little longer.

We reserve the right to remove residual listed products from the order. When the shipment leaves our warehouse, a delivery note will be sent to the e-mail address you specified.

Below you can read about all the shipping methods we offer. Available shipping methods for your order are generated based on the postcode, items and weight you enter before proceeding at checkout.

Tasty America takes no responsibility for Schenker's delivery times and handling.

Delivery of your goods takes place via Schenker service agent who is closest to the address you provided when you registered your order. You as the customer are responsible that this information is correct and thus give us the opportunity to deliver to the correct address.

Price for shipping:

• SEK 0 for orders over SEK 800.
• SEK 69 for orders under SEK 800.

Delivery Schenker home - Day without receipt

Delivery without receipt on Daytime 07: 00-17: 00 The package is placed in the mailbox if possible, otherwise it is placed at the door!
